" We arrived on our flight on time ( 7.45am ) and were in the baggage hall at 8.10am , we went through arrivals at 8.25am . There was no one to greet us - I had provided my mobile no. and flight details ! I called 0333 772 9737 at 8.30am and was told that the taxi had left the airport - no one had contacted me at any stage to tell me where to meet or that the booking had changed. I was left with my partner after an 11 hour flight without transport that I had already paid for and had to find an alternative way to get home at additional cost . Nobody has apologised or offered to reimburse me. Needless to say I will be recommending that no one uses your website ever ! "

"Rating above is a median of both journeys. From Heathrow to Aylesbury; the taxi driver was about 10min late. It was a bit tricky to get in contact and find him in the airport. Car and driver was otherwise very good. From Aylesbury to Heathrow; could not amend the time with customer service i.e put it a bit earlier. Taxi driver was more than 20min late Car and driver a bit more messy with open window a lot and very high GPS volume"

"Prestige cars provide a very reliable and professional airport service to Heathrow. My driver arrived early to collect me from the airport, which was good as my flight was early too. He had looked up the flight and knew it was arriving at terminal 3 instead of terminal 5 which is what I booked. The car was comfortable and immaculately clean. Booking was really easy online, even from abroad and the rate was competitive. I will definitely use Prestige for my future airport journeys. Dee from Abingdon I already tipped the driver. "

"Driver was scheduled to pick up our passenger in Wallingford at 8:45. When driver did not show, we called the company and was told that the driver would be 20 minutes late. In another 15 minutes, we attempted to contact the company for an update but were unsuccessful. Our passenger was in danger of missing her flight so we secured another ride. The driver was 45 MINUTES late. Our passenger would probably have missed her flight. That is unacceptable."

"Based on the information provided to me we were to be picked up at the arrival area in the airport. We waited there and watched for our driver. When we could not find him I called to ask his whereabouts and was told we had to find him in the car park. Since this was our first trip to Heathrow we had no idea where to go. The driver did try to call us but apparently wasn’t dialing properly for our USA number. And it cost us an additional 15£ Parking fee for the driver. Which was a surprise expense. The driver was great once we found him. More information on where to meet the driver is needed. "

"I can’t offer any other scores other than low ones apart for the driver being on time, Out luggage was delayed coming off the flight then went missing, the driver could not wait any longer than he did due to him being the only available driver to collect a long standing customer to bring them to LHR from Marlow where we were heading to. We were stranded at Heathrow, having paid the fare of £50.50 and not receiving the ride home. The delayed luggage was not our fault, which had an impact on the driver not being able to taxi us home after our long flight from America. "

"I paid extra, at booking time to specify an Estate, as I had a ski bag and kitesurf bag. I had to pay an extra £35 in cash to the taxi company for the return journey, for the taxi company to provide an MPV. I was happy at being told (when in transit on my return) I would not get any car to pick me up, if I did not commit to pay the extra £35. "

"I changed my pickup time because my flight was delayed, and arrived in the pickup area a few minutes before the scheduled pickup and wandered about, looking for the driver. I called the office and was told he was just arriving at the airport and I could meet him outside to be on my way more quickly. Given helpful directions, I made my way outside, but the driver did not arrive for about 15-20 more minutes. The rest of the trip was fine and I made it safely to my hotel. "

"I have put off providing feedback because let's be honest I was livid. I've calmed down a bit but how dare you as a company jeopardise the safety of my children?! You couldn't bother to provide child seats as requested. I paid you £125 for the pleasure of being terrified something might happen on the way back knowing my two children weren't properly seated or secure. Outward journey: The driver was on time, though appeared rushed and in a hurry. But my wife and I were shocked to find that child seats we had requested were not suitable. We were travelling with our two young children aged 1 and 4. The childseat for my 4 year old was OK, but the seat for the 1 year old looked like something taken off a stroller and there was no way it would fit. I had to travel with him on my lap as we didn't have time to arrange alternative transport. Return journey: Again driver appeared rushed - probably because he knew he didn't have the right seats. This time neither seat was suitable. Our eldest just had the base without the back to it - he duly fell asleep and I had to hold him up as he had no lateral support. There was no seat for our 1 year old and again I had to travel with him on my lap. Let's be honest - this is pathetic service. If you didn't have the correct seats, you could have said so in advance and we would have found a solution. Instead you took risks with my childrens' safety. I expect a refund and at the very least a sincere apology. 1 star is more than you deserve. "

The drive was comfortable. The only objection is that the driver asked us to pay him an extra £4 in cash for the parking at the airport. He didn’t give us any receipt for that. I called the office and was told he was just arriving at the airport and I could meet him outside to be on my way more quickly. Given helpful directions, I made my way outside, but the driver did not arrive for about 15-20 more minutes. The rest of the trip was fine and I made it safely to my hotel. "

"It was all really good until I arrived and the driver asked me for a higher amount than was confirmed and mentioned the parking too - despite me informing of the delay before I took off so if he was there earlier then that was not my fault. He did call it in and it was confirmed as a misunderstanding, but it left a sour taste on an otherwise fantastic experience. "

Very happy with that; the car was immaculate and well driven in poor weather.
